I think Flora failed a puzzle.

I feel like I should've known that Flora would win simply due to legacy. Though I also have a feeling it's because the very cartoony style of Layton wasn't as appealing. Doesn't explain Emmy or Lucy's low vote rate, but why Jean?Oh well.
