Pre Release - The Mediterranean Special Stage 04 (Patreon)

Hi guys, hope everyone's doing good!

The stage 04 is coming close to completion. I wanted to have it ready for this weekend, but as usual, there's still more things to do, and mostly not visible ones (AI roads, time trials, thumbnails etc) but the main thing is pretty much finished (I'll add a few little details here and there tho), so here is a pre release so you can have a drive out there this weekend.

Also, SPittlebug is currently working on the pacenotes, and he's doing the reverses for the Stage 03 as well, we should have this quite soon in Alex's mod :)
