Rally Stage missions rehaul incomming (Patreon)

Hello there, hope everyone's fine.

I had recent reports about time trials not working. I tried to make some kind of hotfix for that without having to reupload the whole maps, but no luck with it.

In the meantime I want to get the new native rally stage mission type working as default for all the stages, and rebuild the layouts with the new rally assets (including smashable barriers, cones and such).

So, the bad news is that the time trials are quite dead for now, but the good news is that its gonna be worth the wait! Loads of work ahead, and not sure when it's gonna be ready, but its priority number one starting from today.
