A very interesting listen. I have missed the controversy surrounding the new singer, so I come into this open minded and open eared.

But I'm keen to hear from the Linkin Park fans - what do you think?

As a lifelong Linkin Park fan, From Zero is pure catharsis. An energetic, stirring, eclectic album that revives what drew me to the band when I was young. I couldn’t be more excited for this new era.

Happy Friday, Jon. Couple of notes 📝 🤣 It’s a privilege to hear you react to a different genre and a fresh album in this genre. I think because these are new songs, they’re easier to accept as something fresh for LP… the new singer sounds fantastic and can take the heavy music. What I struggled with was hearing her vocals on the older songs where we’re expecting Chester, a voice that can’t be replaced. Not sure these are songs I’d come back to like I do with some of the older tracks and maybe that’s because I felt what Chester was saying, some kinda connection. 🫡

Been watching your channel since your reaction Post Human Survival Horror and wondered how cool it would be to see you react to LP if they ever released again. Now that day is here!! I’ve followed this band for what seems like forever and so happy with this album. I feel like it encapsulates all the sounds they’ve played around with in the past. It’s also very clear they just went into this to have fun not really knowing it would become an album, hence the diversity of songs! I agree Emily is an amazing fit and an absolute beast. It’s still weird to me hearing her sing the old songs but she absolutely nailed it on this album. Also I agree with Mike’s raps taking you back to the early 2000s lol. Not the biggest fan of those bits but he’s been the main producer for a while and basically the leader of the band so we gotta respect BTW still hoping some day you react to their album A Thousand Suns! :)

Tbh I loved every second of this, just takes you back (even if the rapping is cringe)

Can we get tons more metal reactions !

It still sounds like Linkin Park and thats all that matters. Some new elements and some old. Very excited to see where this goes. I think they wanted to prove to fans that their favorite band is still around. Crushed it.
