love that you reacted to this JD!! i know you fuck with this, check out his older album sonder son. same vibes, lil longer and got hits with “gang over luv” and “talk 2 u” in my humble opinion lol. brent also has a group called sonder, which I’m not sure if you know about. Same atmosphere and vibe in their songs. Def check it out! “One night only”, “too fast”.. the catalogue continues man! All love 💜

Let Me Know and Bluffin deffo stand out tracks on this one for me

Love this album, happy you did it. If you’re going to do more I’d love to see you react to Sonder Son, It’s one of my favourites. Also like other people have mentioned he is in a group called Sonder. Too Fast would be a good starting point there too.

I went and looked after I commented and you should probably just do the whole “Into” Sonder album as well as the “Sonder Son” Brent album. They’re both amazing haha

Damian Sanchez

Kind of bummed he started with this album rather than Sonder’s “Into” album, or Brent’s EP “A.M. Paradox” and 1st LP “Sonder Son”. It’s like listening to Abel’s “Kiss Land” before experiencing the “Trilogy” (but more specifically “Into” and “A.M. Paradox”). Hope it gets enough love to get more attention to the previous 3 classics!! Tempted to get the $80 tier just to request “Poison”, especially since Sonder’s new album is supposed to drop anytime now.

Jon can you Listen to genesis owusu new album smiling with no teeth

Lucas Craig

Jon you have to listen to HNDRXX it's a different kinda album to most of Future's projects and its much more emotionally provocative so I'd recommend it. Love from NZ

Nathaniel McClain

You have to do the young thug tiny desk he’s doing like some different punk rap rock in it sounds amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I would say his genre is Alt R&B, it’s kinda of a big umbrella as well but most artists with a similar vibe to him would fall under that. His approach is more minimalistic tho. Also can you consider doing a sonder reaction, it’s his group with two other producers (they produced most of his stuff). Their ep Into is my favorite project by him, they also have three other singles: nobody but you with jorja smith, one night only, and what you heard (my favorite brent song hands down). If you do a round up reaction to the ep and the three tracks, that would be greatly appreciated!!

Fred Lambert

Loved this reaction, different style completely but you should check out Playboi Carti self titled album next time you’re lit
