Another Rap AOTY contender - it's been a very strong week. Incredible storytelling, unparalleled authenticity and sublime beat selection allow PP's otherworldly delivery to grab you by the throat and yank you into his world - a dichotomy of drug-stained savagery and hope-tinged optimism.

A Certified UK Classic.

I’m here for this Jon!!!!

Potter's lyricism has evolved so much, he's now incorporating more unorthodox rhyme schemes, far beyond what anyone on the road rap scene could imagine. Insane project, you can hear the passion and hunger in every bar. Over 10 years in the game and we only get the debut album now. When he's out of jail, hopefully he's allowed to stay out

First time listening and i like this a lot

Best in the UK, Training day 3 is a classic too.

Awesome reaction. Should definitely react to Training Day 3 man.

Great reaction Jon! Also, what you said about him having great prosody, I totally get what you mean. That's the hook with potter, he sounds like he really means what he says and says it on purpose. I would also recommend you listen to Training Day 3, a mixtape that he recorded after he came out of prison in 2020. Also, I've checked out a few American reactions to Potter, and all of them rate him highly, one of them (a 67 year old hip-hop head) even went so far to put him in his top 5 of all time, along with Raekwon, Nas, Jay Z. Good job again Jon.

Reaction worth the money, and glad you gave it a go. Nobody comes close to Potter. He is untouchable. Good luck trying to enjoy any other rapper from now and on mate!
