THANK YOU! HAPPY WEEKEND!

Brimmy

13 people pointed towards ymir hence the 13 year lifespan of the titans i think the different kinds of titans became a thing after ymir died??? i googled it yes after ymir died and her powers were passed down the different titans became a thing "Eventually, the powers would split further into the individual Nine Titans, which were subsequently inherited by nine of her descendants." the end scene of eren is straight from the manga so manga readers have been fed well :3

The Quadfather

RIP Mikasa’s ears. It will be interesting to see how she deals with being deaf for part 3 😜

GB3

Why did Mikasa lose her hearing? A) Ackermanns have shitty hearing B) we live in a cruel world C) she’s been away from eren for too long on a given day and her stats decrease 70% D) Every wall on the island fell and millions of colossal titan are marching

Brimmy

the sass my goodness XD but then why didn't armin's hearing go?

Deiondre0

I don't think Eren is like Thanos at all. "Mercy" is not a part of Eren's vocabulary

DANIEL PEEDAH

LOl why do people get confused at the lack of hearing as if 1000mile long walls didn't just crumble and millions of 100ft titans didnt just start walking LOL

Amit

I think the 13 year thing comes from her dying 13 years after getting the Titan powers

Faeginn

Honestly love your guys expressions these last few, jaw dropping, resetting, then jaw dropping again lmao. Just back to back wtf moments

Adham A

They just don’t expect LOGIC lol I’m always like 🙃 tho I think it was more clear in the manga ironically?

Asteroidea
>>92250828

To be fair, I don't think the show did a great job in the sound design of that moment. They could have added a lot more noise to make it clear without obscuring the dialogue.

Amit is correct. She died 13 years after getting the power. That's where the 13 year limit comes from.

PS

Did they watch this episode many months after the previous one? They seem to have forgotten everything.

Thank you for the wedding gift guys!

Aot made the extra extra mile to be like a real life show in p2 , they didn't expect it to be that caring of such technicality

Michael Mendivil

Rewatch the ED for season 2 and let it blow your mind

It's the exact opposite of what you think. It's actually super rapid, and this show can dispel a shit load of info very quickly to avoid spoilers we basically stayed away from all things internet regarding this show. So we didn't have anywhere near the same content diet that you likely had. Rewatches, Reaction videos, analysis breakdowns, comment threads, and discussions, the manga, all that shit that people are prone to backfill their own memories with and erase their wrong initial takes. I think people kinda forget how much shit is in this show and how they project what they CURRENTLY KNOW from maybe their knee-jerk take was AT THE MOMENT before your book reader friend told you what actually happened, or you googled a YT breakdown. Consider this every time you watch a reaction video of anything.

100% with sean on this. It is hard to digest all the info on first time reactions.

Everyone thought it was just an insanely creepy ending at first, and when It came out it had things that hadn't even been reviewed in the manga yet for another 2 years

Aidan Pullen

I like how you assumed Mikasa not hearing being selective, and not that the rumbling was just incredibly loud. Imagine the sound of a million colossal titans marching across the land and the sound of all the walls crumbling to dust. You'd be able to hear/feel that for MILES.

Jay

Is it the one where they look into the sea

SeanTankTop
>>92380020

right, but its almost as if we've seen Mikasa consistently pull off insane shit on God Mode OP for 4 seasons straight with barely a scratch on her. Given proper context, sure, but again, not that crazy of a read.

SeanTankTop
>>92244809

right but like other peoples hearing didn't go and we've just seen ol gurl literally never be touched and only wreck shit the entire time. I think they just didnt telegraph it as well as they could have.

Gu

A little late but this is my favorite episode I think of anything I watched
