Hi friends,

here begins a series of lessons dedicated to the Latin guitar, that is, that great variety of music and rhythms that range from South American to Afro-Cuban music. In all these very rhythmic genres the guitar has a main role.

I took this lesson from a beautiful piece by Cape Verdean singer Cesária Evora, "Vaquinha Mansa". The piece is not difficult but has a series of syncopations, delays and anticipations of notes that make the rhythm very lively.
