Hi friends, this lesson is for Patrons only.

Do you want to develop your fluency, speed and left hand-right hand coordination? This  first step can help you a lot. I use to practice this exercise as a part of my warm up routine to improve my finger independence and speed.

It's a good idea to do this exercise every time you take your guitar; play it for 3/4 minutes to warm-up your fingers.

You gain the most out of this exercise if you use a metronome.  Start at an easy tempo and gradually increase speed. Don't force yourself into a tempo that you're not ready for.

Pay attention to alternate index and middle finger of your right hand, this is crucial.

You can play this exercise with a pick also; in this case use alternate picking.

Good playing!
