Fingerstyle Lesson 25 | Printable PDF Tab/Sheet (Patreon)

Hi friends,

I composed this fingerstyle lesson because I want to show you some beautiful and particular chords: Gadd9, Aadd9, Em add9, Dsus2.

These chords have a very "open" sound, pleasant and modern when played fingerstyle.

A little bit about the chords

A major chord is made up of 3 notes, the root, the third and the fifth. For example, C major is composed of the notes C, E, G.

The add9 chord adds a fourth note, precisely the ninth, therefore a Cadd 9 is composed of the notes C, E, G, D.

It is precisely that added note that makes the chord more pleasant.

Good playing
