Hi friends,

this song written by American guitarist Danny Whitten gained more fame especially by Rod Stewart's cover version, so I've prepared this arrangement and it's the second Stewart song I've arranged.

Stewart's version is very slow so I increased the tempo a bit to make it more playable on the guitar. The arrangement is not difficult but it is quite long.

Thank you Nick! Don't you remember you had arranged Sailing, by Rod, in 2016? I still play it sometimes since this year and for sure it will be the same with this new one.

I want to thank you for that comment. I learned this version in 2016, too, and played it a lot. I just started playing guitar again after a longer break and completely forgot I learned this song. But you mentioning Sailing in combination with Guitarnick, not only did I remember I used to play it, but I also remember how to play it. Thanks a lot!
