We're ready to produce the next round of episodes for Pachter Factor and we need your help! With so many layoffs and Xbox games going third-party there's no shortage of topics!

Xbox is now releasing its exclusive first-part games on other platforms and people are wondering how many more Xbox consoles there will be, a "Pro" version of the PlayStation 5 is reportedly on the way, Nintendo just sued an emulator out of business, Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann says he's already done making games, PlayStation announced there won't be any releases in its major franchises until 2025, PlayStation reported disappointing financials and then issued massive layoffs, PlayStation claimed the PS5 is on the latter half of its life, EA laid off five percent of its workforce and cancelled Respawn's Mandalorian game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League bombed, and so much more!

As usual, try to ask some questions that will be interesting both now and a few weeks from now. If you want a more thorough refresher of all the big stories from the last month use this link:

Thanks as always to everyone who asks questions! The show is only as good as your questions and we appreciate your help so much!

Hey Pach! With the announcement of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League underperformed bad, Warner Brothers stated that they were going to move away from "AAA" games and focus on live service games instead. Seeing as Suicide Squad IS a live service game, is there a business explanation that we're missing here, or does it seem like they're doubling down on a bad idea?

Hey Pach! Over your years of covering the game industry, do you have a favorite story or interaction?

Come on folks! Just two questions? And two people who always ask questions. We can't do the show without you guys. We need questions. Otherwise we may have to change the format of the show or cancel it.

What do you think about the Stellar Blade controversy? I find it weird that people are making a big deal out of it. If you don’t want to play it because it offends you, then don’t play it. Every game isn’t for everyone. (People seem to have forgot everyone likes different things) If the “sexy” female protagonist is the selling point for you, then go ahead buy it, you are clearly the target audience. I hope Sony doesn’t give in and censor the game to appease the few people that won’t buy the game because of “sexy” character design. I think that will hurt the game more than help it.

Hi Mr. Pachtor, what do you think is happening at EA? If a new Respawn Star Wars game is too risky to greenlight, then what would be a acceptable risk for them?

How about a video on the recent Phil Spencer GDC comments?
