With voice-driven game development on the horizon could AI make creating games so easy that the industry becomes flooded with trash? Will game developers have to hire differently? Will hand coding still have value? Michael Pachter responds!

Interesting view. New tech van be scary. Every topic is usually more nuanced than we think. And it depends on the point of view. The art person who gets fired from a game company would tell a complete different story. Understandibly. But maybe there is one point pachter did not touch enough in my opinion: ai output feels soulless almost always. Maybe tools need to change so that ai can be guided more by humans? For example when making textures for a wall, or sound effects for a gun.
