SIFTD Fantasy Challenge 2024 is LIVE! Make Your Picks! (Patreon)

It's time once again to make your picks for SIFTD's official video game fantasy league for our users! Pick 10 games and cross your fingers. It's easy and fun! Just make sure you're registered for the site first.

Welcome back to the SIFTD Fantasy Challenge for 2024! The only video game fantasy league where you play for real prizes! This is the league's eighth year and the only requirement is that you're a registered user of SIFTD. So make sure you've registered for the site before heading over to make your picks.

If the winner at the end of the year is a paying patron here on our Patreon they win two games of their choice. If the winner is a Basic user at siftd.net they win one game. The draft interface was graciously created by sifter Lashiec so give him thanks in the comments below. Without him the league wouldn't happen!

In this league you pick any 10 games. Throughout the year the site dynamically calculates your team's aggregate review score from Metacritic.com, so make sure you bookmark the page and check back to see how you're doing. Whichever team has the highest aggregate score at the end of the year wins.

When making your picks be sure to remember that the order you pick games is important. Picks are weighted with your first pick having the largest multiplier and it cascades on down to your 10th pick. Make sure you select your ringers first.

Like in our official video game fantasy league, if you pick a game that isn't released in 2024 you get a zero for that game. Be conservative and try to pick games that you're sure will be released before the end of 2024! No one has ever won the SIFTD Fantasy Challenge without having all 10 games count. Here are the tiebreakers should they be needed:

1. Highest Individual Game Score

2. Highest Number of Games with a Score of 9.0 or Higher

3. Highest Number of Games with a Score of 8.0 or Higher

4. Aggregate Score of Games Released for One Platform (Exclusives)

5. Live Coin Flip on GameFace

That's it! While SIFTD staffers will be playing alongside you, they cannot actually win the league. Best of luck to all of you and let's have some fun!

Head on over and make your picks!
