Within the city of Galvan, up north in the frigid Jakina Highlands, was a royal family with an infamous level of wealth.  The Yore family ruled Galvan city and most of the Highlands. While outside the city is mostly frozen, icy misery, the city itself was one of the foremost stunning places within the world. Stunning buildings made of stone that could weather the strong winds and steel reinforcing and protecting the buildings. At least that’s how it was on the noble’s north side of town. The ‘commoners’ live in homes in the southside. that do little to stop the cold, if they even have homes at all. The streets are full of beggars. None can even try leave for a better life, as the Highlands cold would claim anyone leaving without extreme protection.

Standing on top the roof of one of the taller buildings within the south of the city, Melanie Blackwater looked down to the largest manor in the lot. The Yore’s royal manor. it was lit up by a dozen lights covering it in a stunning glow. “The Galvan Yore Gala. Can you just imagine the amount of gold walking around in there? Surprised the floor doesn't give out. Even if there wasn't the vault, I'd be sneaking my way into that bad boy. Almost brings a tear to my eye thinking of all the coins I can’t take with me.” She noted, looking down with an animalistic hunger thinking of all the full purses.

“They'd deserve it. Every single one of them rode their carriages through the kingdom, seeing so many starving and freezing. If they still have money in their pocket, it should be stolen.” Cassandra Marr grumbled, a cloak covering most of her body.

“Calm down Cass, you are one of them remember? You are the one who got an invite to this.”  Melanie joked, a wide smirk on her face.

“I am not one of them.” Cassandra growled as she moved up to the opossum, grabbing her by the cloak. Her kangaroo physiology allowed her to stand tall over Melanie.  “My invitation was sent to me due to my knighthood I earned. From sweat instead of blood. Do not compare me to them again or the ‘slinking scavengers will end right here and now.”

“Noted.” Melanie mumbled. As snarky as she was, Cass was a daunting figure and wasn’t a person she would want to mess with. “Just… do your best to stay calm when we are in there. They won’t be expecting us, but that doesn't mean we announce ourselves.”

“The fact you still stand on this roof is sign enough I can keep my patience.” Cass grumbled before taking a few steps away. Melaine let out a breath of relief. However, it was perhaps a moment too soon.

“Mel. I think your secret admirer just turned up.” Alluff luff mumbled out, looking down at the Yore’s mansion with magical glowing from her eyes. The powerful spellcaster was gazing down at its entrance. With a small scowl, Melanie pulled a small brass telescope from her pocket and glanced down to see… Gianna the squire walking into the Hall, adorned in her armour and her equally steely expression.  “Son of a…” Melanie grumbled, cutting herself off. “That goat must’ a followed me across the map! I have no idea what I did to grog up her gruel.”

“Maybe she’s still bitter about being left in the Everlost Glade.” Jamie suggested earnestly. He and Melanie had both been in pursuit back in the west. He could still remember the sight of the normally reserved squire looking frazzled after being inflated into a spherical balloon of pollen. Mel shook her head, gritting her teeth. “No… we did her a favour coming back. She wouldn't hound my ass across Avaroth over that little spree. Especially though this cold.”

“Actually…I believe she is from the Jakina Iceland’s,” Jamie noted with a little smile. “That place is even colder, and the winters last almost the whole year. The winds aren't as strong though. I met a dancer from there once a while back who told me plenty of stories and she looked quite like the squire.” his voice filled with earnest joy at the fun little fact he knew. Mel looked to him. She had a moment of frustration at him not mentioning it sooner yet looking at his sweet face she just couldn’t be mad at him. “Thank you, Jamie. We can keep that in mind. Unfortunately, there’s now no way I can go to that party. If she gets one whiff of me, she will tare through the ball to get me.”

The crew began to think. The plan they had devised had Melanie coming in as a guest with Cass. Her skills would be enough to get through the safe. Mel’s mind began to work as she quickly examined the venue through her telescope, looking for any other way in. that was when she spotted a small side entrance on the far side of the building. Carts upon carts of wines and food where being taken through it. Noticeably, with minimal security. “We may be in luck. Plans forming here and now. Alright. Cass, you are going to take Jamie through the front. We will need to get you both ready. The two of you need to keep casual and keep an eye on the squire. If she starts to explore too close to the vault, I’m going to need you to step in Jamie and distract her. Me and Alluff will head through the side entrance, get to the vault and crack it. We will then send the signal, and we will all leave the way we came, the gold stored in a cart which we can disguise as empty wine bottles. I think we should manage.” she announced with a little pride. Her criminal mind was without pier. Scheming up a new method of entering the gala. The others nodded along except for Jamie who looked incredibly nervous. “Me? D... Distracting the squire. B…but what if she notices it’s me? She might arrest me!” he stammered with a whimper.

“Don’t worry J. I’ll be there. If she spots you, I’ll get you out of there.” Cass assured him, placing one of her strong hands on his shoulder. “Besides, this party requires people to wear eye masks. You won’t be recognized.” her large presence was enough to settle Jamie's nervous mind. The two then looked over to Alluff. “Alright, you got a fancy-dress spell in that lexicon brain of yours?” Cass asked with a little sarcasm in her tone. She wasn't exactly looking forward to being dressed like the fancy silver spoon ‘nobles’ she would be walking amongst shortly. Jamie on the other hand was quite excited to get all dressed up and attending a fancy party. As seriously as he was taking it, he was a little excited to see the exotic foods and experience whatever bizarre entertainment was within. Maybe, if he was lucky, he would get the chance to dance a little.  Alluff didn't even gage Cass’s apprehension, and simply began flicking through a heavy and slightly messy book before jabbing her finger on one specific page “Yeah of course! I can make some illusion clothes that will blend you right in.” she noted. A glow began to fill her hands as she began to cast her spell. Cass’s cloak began to shift in hue until it became a long regal, dark green dress, the colours of Cass’s people. The fabric softened and became lacy as it morphed into a fantastic dress. Jamie's clothes turned into a matching green suit, with his usual blue did remain in is his shirt and mask. “My my, you look like quite the little gentlemen, don’t you?” Melanie asked with a wide smile.

With the plan in their minds the crew descends down the tower and headed towards their positions. Cass and Jamie moved down and got into a carriage they had pilfered, with a little hired hand from a local to work as their driver in. This left Melanie and Alluff walking along. The two, protected from the worst of the cold thanks to a handy spell, moved quickly and subtly. However, a thought occurred to the short mage. “Mel, you never actually mentioned what the signal would be?” She pointed out.

“Oh… you are right. Hmm… we will think of something, I’m sure.” Mel mumbled out, her mind having delt with so many grand concepts in the heist that a smaller one like that slipped past. “Just remember, no names when we get close. It’s just Opossum and Bunny for us soon. Got it?”

“Yeah, yeah, I know. Still boring you didn’t let me use the codename I wanted.” Alluff grumbled.

“What was that name again?” Mel asked, as she and the Mage reached the path the food carts where taking. They saw that it was guarded by a singular man. Thankfully at this moment, there was a lull of carts, so it was their time to strike.

“Destructor.” Alluff replied entirely honest. While still engaged in the casual conversation, she effortlessly cast a spell on the guard overseeing the trail of carts causing him to immediately begin swelling up. His armour popped off as in moments his skin tightened as magical gas pumped him up. He grew and grew and grew until his hide couldn't take it and he popped, the sound masked under a stunning firework display. Alluff then cast a reforming spell delayed by a day on the tatters.

“Oh yeah. Sorry Bunny it’s just a little too long. Plus this is a stealth mission, Destructor sends the wrong message.” Melanie told her before spotting a cart coming down the path. She quickly ran up towards it, leapt up into the seat and shoved the sole driver off. Before this driver even hit the ground, Alluff cast the same popping spell on her. Her clothes grew tight as her body bulged out. It was much faster as her body didn’t have to fight past armour.  In only seconds the driver popped. Alluff put the same reforming spell on her before hopping into the back of the wagon.

“Yeah yeah.” she grumbled, casting a final spell to disguise Melanie with the same attire as the wagon driver. The two begin the ride into the mansion.

On the other side of the building, the distinguished attired Jamie and Cass slowly entered the hall. It was a huge room; larger than any Inn they had seen all by itself. Tables lined the room covered in intricate foods and wine. Hundreds of fancily dressed people of all sorts were either casually chatting around the edges, or a few in the centre of the room who were dancing to the slow, waltz music being played by a rather substantial band. Cass felt more and more agitated as she was slowly surrounded by more and more nobles, royals and other knights of fame. Seeing this, Jamie took her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. “It's gonna be okay. You can do this.” He assured her. The sweet man’s delicate sentiment was enough for her mind to steady a little. She smiled down to him before looking around. “Looks… like there's two ways down towards the vault. You go to the right door I'll take the left. Do you know the signal for when they have the vault cracked?” Cass asked in hush whispers.

“Oh, you don't know? Neither did I… I guess opossum will make it a really obvious one…” Jamie mumbled before shrugging. The two, a little unsure, moved to their posts keeping a watch out to make sure no one moved towards the vault.

After a few minutes, Melanie and Alluff slipped through the side entrance. Mel's silver tongue and magical disguise would have gotten her into most places, and her lock picking skill would get her into most others. The guards didn't question her, allowing her to enter a small loading room that lead into the kitchen. She parked up the cart, where the staff began to immediately unload its contest. Alluff managed to walk past thanks to a quick invisibility spell. She did have to fight her urge to go a bit more bombastic, knowing that Mel would give her a stern talking too after was enough to stay her hand for now. Melanie didn't need a spell though. Her skills allowed her to practically vanish into the shadows. The two began to move deeper into the mansion looking for a route down to the vault. The group had stolen schematics for the buildings in prep for the job and knew that while it was a long route there was a path from the kitchen down to the vaults that would have minimal guards on this evening. Mel and Alluff began trekking this route as carefully as they could.

Back in the Ball Hall, Jamie and Cass shared occasional looks across the hall. Jamie, ever the optimist seemed to be enjoying himself to an extent. Next to his planned spot was a large tray of delicious krabbsmorgas that he occasionally helped himself to. Just one or so here and there, not to seem piggish in front of the esteemed guests. The crab was delicious, practically beaconing to Jamie. On the other side was a very different story. Cass wasn't hungry for the foods near her. The overly rich smell put her off most of it. It didn't help her growing feelings of hatred. Especially as a Galvan noble, an arctic fox dressed in an extremely over the top arctic blue dress came over to her and made conversation.

“Oh, my dear you haven't eaten a bite! You must try the seared Cod A la Bourvé. The taste is truly to die for.” She prattled at Cass.

“You want to die for it? Don't tempt me.” Cass threatened through gritted teeth. Her irritation had got the best of her however she quickly began thinking of how to save it. “B…because…if I start eating them…I just won't stop.” She then gave a smile, which couldn't have looked faker even if painted on by a child. However, the noblewoman was far too ignorant and drunk to really care about that. She shrugged, her fancy dress flailing around uselessly, before she wandered off, likely looking for more wines.

While Jamie's evening was so far simpler, it got much more complicated as he saw who he feared. The squire. Except…it was almost impossible to recognize her. Gone was her armour and scruffy cotton underclothes that made her look so determined and menacing to the thieves. Instead, she wore a stunning deep blue dress lined with light blue accents that highlighted the wonderful light brown fur. She looked beautiful, even with the same semi-scowl she wore on the job. Jamie couldn't take his eyes off of her, he was amazed. However, amazement quickly turned to nervousness as he saw her glance right back to him. Her eyes narrowed on him, before she began to walk straight at him. Panic filled his body as he saw her get closer, yet he couldn't run. It would make more of a scene.

Gianna stood Infront of Jamie and looked down to him. The otter prayed his mask was enough to disguise him, although at this moment it didn't even feel like she was looking at him, but through him. The door! She was looking at the door. He realized that she must be trying to go down to the vaults, maybe expecting foul play. He knew he had to act fast and distract her. As she reached for its handle, he intercepted with his hand catching hers. “Oh Madame, you…you truly are the most beautiful woman I've seen at this party. You must forgive my starring.” He spoke, his voice calm. Thankfully years of performing on stage had given him the ability to swallow his nerves quite well. He deepened his voice a little to try to make himself less obvious. “Please do me the great honour of having just…one dance with me.” He asked.

The squire looked at him with utter confusion. Never in her time had she been talked to in such a manor before. It was so unusual to her that she found it intriguing. Her curiosity was getting the best of her, especially when looking at Jamie, something about him played on her mind that drew her to him. Not in a romantic way but more so an uncertainty. She could have sworn she knew him from somewhere. To Jamie of course this mental debate was entirely silent, not even showing on Gianna's face. He could only give her a little smile to try seeming calm. “Fine. One dance.” She replied, before moving her hand to be more comfortably interlocked with Jamie's. The otter blushed a little before walking with her to the dancing area.

With a ruse going, Jamie had to keep up his performance. “So…where in the world are you from? Surely a beautiful place for a beautiful woman such as you?” He hammed up his flirtatious lines a little, which made Gianna roll her eyes at him. Even if she thought he was sweet. She replied “I am from the Jakina Iceland's. It's only pretty if you find jagged ice and frigid snow appealing.”

“Oh? Well, I guess all of nature's beauty there was in you.” Jamie flirted again, before quickly continuing with some cover. “I am from Kalaki, in the town of Oasi. Have you ever been?” He asked. It wasn't his true home, but he had spent time there and knew enough to use it as a cover.

“No. Never been through any desert kingdom. I hate the heat.” Gianna noted. Her voice was cold and her words where few, maximized in efficiency.

“Oh, don't I know that. The heat can be horrid. But Oasi is a lovely place. It is built around a natural spring which keeps the hot air wet. The whole town feels like a pleasant sauna. It was quite the surprise when I came here that it felt so…dry. All the ice and snow around, you'd think it would be a little wetter in the air.” Jamie joked, before giving a little laugh. While Gianna didn't laugh back, her lips did seem to crook just at the edges into a subtle smile.

As the two began to dance, Mel and Alluff finally reached the vault door down below. The two guards Infront of it quickly found themselves growing out of control, shredding their clothes and popping off their armour. Neither had any idea what was going on, looking at each other baffled. Before they could come up with an idea or try yell for help, their bodies exploded into tatters. Two more reforming spells later and Alluff took off her invisibility spell. Melanie came up behind her baffled. “Why'd you keep popping them like that? Couldn't you just…knock them out?” She asked confused.

“Knock them out and they might wake up. This way is better.” Alluff argued, sounding smug at her argument.

“Don't you have a spell that can guarantee they stay knocked out? Surely you do,” Mel pointed out. Alluff didn't respond, only smirking down at her handy work. The opossum shook her head “You worry me sometimes Bunny. You really do.”

With the guards disposed of, Mel began to work her own kind of magic. The locking system was complex, but it was nothing she hadn't cracked before. Her tools set upon one of a dozen locks holding the door closed. Her ear pressed against the steel, listening to the mechanisms within as she worked the lock. Alluff, waiting behind her, saw as guards began to approach. Knowing Mel was busy, she thought to take care of it. She slowly rubbed her hands together as she prepared another spell. An orb slowly built in her palm, which she cast by clapping her hands together. The guards heard the clap and all five of them began charging towards Alluff “Stop right there!” they commanded. Little did they know that the spell she had cast was already working into them. All of their bellies began bulging out fast. They stopped running as their legs thickened up far too big to move. Their weapons clattered to the floor as their hands sunk away into spherical forms. Their attempted yells for aid were muffled by their swollen bodies. Then came a series of pops, inaudible to anyone else covered by the hullabaloo of the party. Alluff covered her mouth with her hands, trying to resist the urge to laugh at her work.  Melanie did her best to ignore it, it was undeniable how effective the strategy was even if it was borderline psychotic. At least she could hear the gentle chime of the reforming spell. The popping didn’t hurt, Mel knew from firsthand experience after accidentally misplacing Alluffs spell book. If anything, it was kind of pleasurable. The thief returned her attention to the lock. The first of them cracked, the second began.

Back up in the ballroom, Jamie felt the strong hands of Gianna wrapped around him as they danced. It was a slow one, not his usual style but he did appreciate it given he did not want to knock his mask off of his face. He got lost in the moment, enjoying a nice evening. However, his heart seized as Gianna pointed out “Aren’t you going to ask my name? We dance and you flirt but you don’t even know my name.” Jamie hadn't thought to ask even though he didn't know, in his mind she had just been the squire. A normal name was almost unfitting of the unrelenting machine of justice that had been chasing him and the rest of the crew across the world. He quickly shook off his bafflement and quickly leant on his charisma “Oh…  you must forgive me. I’ve been lost in your eyes. What is your name then?” He asked.

The squire rolled her eyes again at his cheesy comments, but her small smile remained. “My name's Gianna. What would yours be?” She asked. Jamie wasn't sure if she knew his real name, so erred on the side of caution.

“Davin. Pleased to meet you, Gianna.” Jamie replied. It was his go to cover name in case of such things, so Cass would know to use it if she had to talk to him. Gianna cocked her head at his name however before leaning in. “I thought your name was Jamie?” She asked before rolling back, giving him a knowing look. Jamie's eyes widened and his every instinct told him to run. Seeing that, Gianna tightened her hold on him. “Don't. If I was going to drag you to jail, I would have done by now. Did you really think I wouldn't recognize you because of a mask?” She noted. The pair still danced although Gianna had taken the lead more than before.

Sheepishly, Jamie murmured “w…well yeah…”

Gianna scoffed at the thought before looking to him. “I'm guessing the opossum is here too. What is she planning?” The squire asked.

“I have no idea. I'm just here as a guest of a friend. I haven't seen the opossum in days. “Jamie lied, trying his best to say nothing that could give the heist away.

“You are lying.” Gianna growled, although she did secretly wish for it to be true. “You came with Cassandra Marr. She's guarding the other door. Or she was.” The two look over to see Cass dancing with a horse knight. “Sir Constantine and I were asked here as an honour for our work. Of course, that thief would be here. The one time I'm not following her, she follows me.” Gianna noted.

“W... well why aren't you arresting me?” Jamie asked, still so unsure of Gianna's oddness.

“Because it's clear that this isn't your life. You're not the criminal sort. Anyone else would have left me to pop in the Everlost Glade but you came back. You aren't like the opossum or the rest of her crew.” Gianna pointed out.

“The crew looks after me. They are my friends. My family.’ Jamie argued defensively. He may not be as obsessed with gold as Melanie, but he appreciated all that they did for him. Gianna looked down at him and scowled. She was trying desperately to think of the right words to pull him to the side of justice yet, being a woman of few words came back to bite her. Speaking wasn't her strength.

As she tried to convince him in the hall, the final lock on the vault sprang open down below. Melanie excitedly backed away to see a room filled with a few dozen sets of armour with Alluff standing in the centre of it. Melanie was going to question it, yet the story was clear as day to her. “Yeah…you concern me sometimes.” She mumbled under her breath. The two opened the vault door before moving through it. Melanie's eyes widened at the sight. Gold piled into mountains taller than some of the homes that they passed on the way into the kingdom. Melanie looked down at the bags she had brought to fill. It would barely be a dent in the piles even if she filled both ten times over. “It's times like this I wish Kilari was here. Shame his cold blood can't deal with the extreme temperatures here.” She just about managed to stammer out.

Alluff walked behind her “Boss, you do remember I cast some bag expanding spells. We can walk outta here with tens of thousands of golds.” She asked. Melanie did seem overly distressed despite their success.

“It's just… all this gold. It feels so wrong to leave so much of it behind.” Melanie mumbled before sighing. “I'll fill up these bags. Keep an eye out. Oh! And…I think I have an idea for our exit strategy.” She thought aloud before whispering something into Alluffs ear that makes the devious little bunny's face turn to a wild smirk.

Back in the ballroom Gianna looked to Jamie with concern. “Are you sure this gang sees you the way you see them? If I turn right now and start dragging you away, are they going to help?” She asked him. Her tone actually held a shred of genuine compassion, a warmth to her usual steeled tone.

“They would protect me. We help each other, and we don't leave each other behind.” Jamie argued back defiantly. He had full faith that Cass would storm over and free him the second Gianna tried to take him away.

“You don't have to rely on them. I talked to knight Constantine. We are prepared to give you immunity. You just have to tell us where the opossum ... where Melanie is.” Gianna offered. The otter’s eyes widened; he could live a normal life. He wasn't really sure about how much he wanted it, but having the option shocked him to the core.

His moment of surprise was interrupted by the sight of Alluff emerging from the door he was guarding before. She gave him a coy smile before she cast a subtle spell. A golden insignia appeared on Jamie's hand which he immediately recognized…as a spell ward. He saw that across the room, Cass had the same.  Then, he witnessed something he was much less familiar with, Alluff began casting a new spell with her eye’s laser focused on Gianna. Jamie gulped nervously as he watched a small dart of energy fly through the air, hitting Gianna in her arm. She recoiled a little, looking down to where the spell had hit her expecting to see what hit her yet there was nothing.  She saw the nervous look on Jamie's face and immediately pulled him closer, grabbing his wrists. “What hit me?” She asked. However, in lifting his wrists, Gianna saw the ward placed on his hand. At the same time, she began to feel the spell working. A pressure within her stomach that reminded her of the damned snagroot. Her eyes widened, and her grip on Jamie loosened. He immediately backed away, watching as Gianna’s dress began to tighten around her belly.

Gianna gritted her teeth as she watches her body start to blow up, her belly bulging out rapidly. Even faster than it had with the snagroot, yet this time it lacked the same sweetness that made it easier to accept. That was when something dawned on the poor squire. This time she had an audience. Everyone was watching in utter bewilderment as her body slowly began filling out her dress even tighter. Thighs and ass starting to fill and doing so with speed. Sir Constantine, seeing his squire start to grow, ran over to her and grabbed her shoulders. “Are you okay? Let's get you out of here.” He asked however the second he made contact with her skin, a pressure welled in his stomach. His suit buttons immediately began to tighten as his own belly began to bulge. He jumped backwards in surprise, bumping ever so gently into a few people in the crowd. All of them began to swell too. A wave of swelling began to fill the tightly packed hall.

With everyone distracted by the swelling, Jamie saw Mel, Alluff and soon Cass (all adorned with a ward) walking out close to the wall. Jamie began to follow. Gianna, ever the focused, saw the whole gang running for the exit. She knew if she tried to follow, she would end up stuck in no time, thankfully she planned for such things. She wasn't letting anything stop her this time. Gianna reached down to a small vial of cure-all potion she had kept for such occasions. Unfortunately, before she could drink it, one of the guests behind her bumped her in their own moment of panic as their own body began bulging out.  The small bottle fell out of Gianna's hand and began dancing around the floor. It got knocked around by dozens of feet, all fleeing the hall as fast as she could, trying to avoid the contagious blimp spell that was blowing up dozens of people. Unfortunately for poor Gianna, her own body was starting to get stiff with pressure. Her arms and legs puffing up to a conical shape. Her only relief was that her long dress had enough material to stretch. Others were less lucky, their clothes ripping apart at the seams sending buttons flying across the room.

Jamie, not far from Gianna, saw her struggling to move towards her cure. He was torn, as much as he needed to escape, he didn't want to leave her to balloon up. Having seen her smile, it made it hard to see her eyes filled with panic as she desperately wobbled towards her potion. It just wasn't in his nature to ignore it. He quickly slinked between the swelling legs that surrounded him down to the small vial, before bringing it to Gianna's lips. She quickly drank it down, and immediately her body began to deflate back to normal and fast. Jamie, seeing she was going to be okay, began to turn to try and escape. Unfortunately for him, the crowd had swollen around him, leaving no path for him to escape. Jamie tried to look over the crowd, but he couldn't see anyone from his crew, not even the tall Cass. He was trapped! The otter began to panic however there was no way through. People’s bodies had swollen down to the ground so there was no space to crawl under. He tried desperately to squeeze through however there was barely space to fit a coin between any two of the bulging guests, let alone the whole otter. Gianna, now able to move again, came forth and placed a hand firmly on his shoulder. “I am sorry, but I have to take you in.” she told him. He sighed, not able to do anything to resist. Jamie couldn’t help but think in the back of his mind of what he had told Gianna before. He had though that Mel and the gang would never leave him behind. Yet, they were gone. Now he was trapped in the hands of the law.

Outside of the hall, the Slinking Scavengers snuck into a pre-hired wagon which was to escort them out of the kingdom. However, before it left, Mel stopped and noticed “Wait a sec, Cass where is Jamie?” she asked.

“I thought he was right behind us. Is he still inside there?” she asked confused. He was always so manoeuvrable and sneaky she never thought he would get snagged, especially after seeing Gianna and Sir Constantine be the two first to inflate.

“C’mon Cass I told you to keep an eye on him!” Mel shouted before looking back. Guards were covering the space behind them, searching through buildings, alleys and carts. “Damn… damn… damn…” she mumbled to herself. Her mind began to think of a plan as fast as she could. “Alright, Alluff I will give you the Bags. Take the ride and get to safety. Find the big guy and wait for us. Cass, you and I need to go and break out Jamie. No way are we leaving him behind.” Melanie commanded.
“Sounds good to me.” Cass nodded, feeling guilty for having left him behind in the first place. She and Mel quickly hopped out of the wagon. Alluff grumbled a little to herself at being left out of the fun but knew that arguing at a time like this was not a good idea. Mel had the look in her eye that things were dead serious. There is no messing around when one of the crew is in peril.
