Behind the scenes - Work in progress (Patreon)

Thought it would be nice to show a simple behind the scenes look at how I created the artwork for this new poster.

The original image I found was missing the top of the hair and instead of trying to fix that I thought it would be easier to just replace the head completely. I first cut out the head and then flipped it horizontally to match the shadows of the body, I then made some adjustments to the exposure and colour to get a close match to the original head. 

Once I felt it looked natural it was a case of matching this artwork to match the main supergirl poster.
