v.0.21 Progress report (III) (Patreon)

I'm back here with those numbers that you like so much (or so little).

This week has been strange. I am not feeling well, neither in health nor mentally.

My mother is in the hospital. She has been fighting for her life for a couple of days. I just got back from the hospital after spending the last 14 hours there. She is unconscious and not suffering. That's the part that is affecting me mentally. My brother is with her now and I returned home to get some rest before going back to the hospital.

On a physical level, I have had persistent pain in my kidneys since Tuesday. I was going to go to the hospital on Friday to have it looked at, but with what has happened with my mother, I have postponed it.

I don't know how much all this will affect the update, but I'm sure it will. Sorry, but like for the MC, for me family comes first.

Well, having told my sorrows, let's get down to the important stuff, what did I do this week?

With the lingering pain, I wasn't in the mood to write the scene that continues the teaser from the last update. I tried, but I couldn't. So I put that scene on hold and wrote the next five scenes, which were relatively short and didn't require me to be in a particular state of mind. 4,876 words between the five scenes (they will be ~5,200 once translated). Between them, they have 370 renders and I've started doing them, I'm about 55 done.

I just wrote this and I feel like I've been procrastinating all week. I assure you that I have tried to get more work done, but sometimes it doesn't come out or can't be done.

And that's all, folks. It has taken me almost an hour and a half to write this. I'm going to get some sleep.
