v.0.33 Progress Report (III) (Patreon)

It’s Sunday, so the progress report is here. And this time with the fancy spreadsheet.

As you can see in the table, I’ve been working a bit haphazardly.

I started by writing scenes 5–7 and 10. Then I began rendering and testing them. In what order? First, the scenes I was most interested in seeing completed: 5, 6, 3, and 4. And today I finished rendering scene 2 (I still need to test it).

Numbers, numbers.

The four new scenes total 4,868 words (with two of them still to be rendered, so that number will likely go up). The three scenes I’d already written grew by 101 words during rendering, as I added a phrase here and there or tweaked a line of dialogue.

The five rendered scenes total 394 renders this week. Next up is rendering scenes 7 and 10. And then, I’ll dive right into scenes 1, 8, and 9, so I can send the first part of the update off for proofreading. I figure I’ll be able to send it out within the next 10 days.

And that’s all for today.

I’ve been putting off the first preview of the update for way too long because I was waiting for one specific image. I’ll post it tomorrow. It’s from scene 2. And I hope you’ll fall in love with it just as much as I have.
