This worked very nicely. I think that I need to get a pillow speaker now. Thank you, Mistress Fiona.

It's been almost 3 weeks when is Fiona going to upload something new?

I keep coming back to this file. I have been doing coffee naps, where you drink a coffee and sleep for 20min. this is the perfect length and content for a coffee nap. have you thought of doing other kinds of guided meditation like guided breathing practices (hatha yoga) or other guided yoga practice. mental tai chi and qi gong where you visualize the slow movements of a practice. or strength training where you visualize more and more weight on the bar and count down through reps and sets. even mental massage would be interesting, where the listener gets massaged from their toes to their brain. just throwing that out there :)
