For me this is the Second Recording to listen to practice hypnosis. This is such a fantastic toolbox, to understand and use auto hypnosis by one's self, to do anything. So fantastic. Also it has endless possibilities to auto program one's self. It's like if you have your private airplane and you can go anywhere. You can program anything. WOW! I chose to eat and drink healthy food and less quantity. Thank you for this very nice and professional recording!

This was a lovely and simple audio! I loved that it could be used for either the experienced listener or a beginner. I'll have to give this another try when I really need to relax!

Thank you, I am glad that the file is so effective. I hope to have a few more simple general use files like this out soon.

I second what Caitlyn said. If you are inclined towards stress, nerves, worrying or panicking then I really recommend giving this a try. I know it's much easier to say than do when you're in the middle of something bad but taking a little time out to calm down and centre yourself can be the difference between surviving a bad day and suffering through it. Also this recording means you're not doing it alone - you have someone good guiding you through!

Love it! a lot of how to videos are well intentioned but fall short, yours are the exception!
