In this custom hypnosis recording the listener is guided along a soothing hypnotic fantasy that lulls them into a deep sleep. The fantasy starts with the listener visiting friend who notices that they are having trouble sleeping. The listener's friend then tells them a soothing bedtime story that allows for the listener to drift off to sleep.
