Patreon Goal Reached: We are Becoming Hypnotherapists (Patreon)

So First off Fiona and I want to thank all of you for your support and interest in our work. We would have never made it this far into our careers in hypnosis on YouTube alone. Since we have now passed our latest goal on Patreon, Fiona and I are going to become certified hypnotherapists.  We both had actually made some plans prior to reaching this goal to get certified in the spring of 2017. Currently this is the plan that Fiona and myself are going for but if anything changes such as us getting certified earlier we will be posting about it here on Patreon. Becoming hypnotherapists will help both of us expand the kind of content we make and improve the effeteness of our recordings and we are really excited to take this next step. If you have any questions please feel free to post them below. Thank you again for helping us achieve this goal with all of your support.

I have been a certified hypnotherapist for several years and have observed that being a certified hypnotherapist is no guarantee of high quality. There are tons of idiots out there without the writing skills god gave a dog who make lots of money writing really terrible scripts for hypnosis and then recording them badly to boot. Keep up your good work. I must admit that of your recordings I can only listen to Fiona's, because there is something in the character of your voice and delivery that just just rubs me the wrong way... not your fault, but I end up just irritated. Possibly because your voice sounds like some other voice in my mind.

So what kind of therapy do you envision yourself conducting? Is it going to be part of a D/s positive treatment protocol? Or will D/s have nothing to do with your practice? And who is going to offer you certification as hypno-therapists? Will you inform the official licensing body or certifying authority for professional hypnotherapists of your long, extensive career doing slave training on YouTube - including Mistress Jacqueline Powers and the Lady from Australia, too? How do you feel this might be perceived by, say, an ethical conduct review board, for example? When a potential client comes to you for therapeutic treatment, will you provide them with honest, upfront knowledge about your YouTube career doing slave training and obedience training? I'm just curious how you intend to address the ethical issues involved.

Ok so there is a lot there to answer but I will try to get too it all. First Fiona and I are not planning on changing our current business model by opening a hypnotherapy practice. We both want to spend more time expanding and improving the services we provide to our patrons since you guys are what is really important here. As far as our online career it has not been an issue with locating and finding certification services. The people that I am working with right now are very much aware of my YouTube and Patreon content and it is not an issue. Finally as to ethical concerns as to the content I make I treat what I do as making an entertainment product. I am very open with the wide range of topics I cover for entertainment purposes and I always make sure that the listener is getting the experience that they want and they are enjoying it in a safe and responsible way. Becoming hypnotherapists will just be another way to expand the talents that Fiona and I have to make better hypnosis files for any listener enjoying any topic. And just to state one last time Fiona and I are not not intending to open a hypnotherapy practice, we want to focus on our patrons and improving the content we provide. Don't worry no offense taken. I really doubt that there is a universally accept voice out there for hypnosis. As far becoming hypnotherapists Fiona and I are mainly wanting to go for it so we can explore new opportunities to improve and expand the hypnosis files we make. Additionally there is more than one certification program out there and each has different focuses. I do not want to make promises in a comments section but as far as me personally I am interested in perhaps getting more than one certification in the field. I agree with a previous post regarding the different voices between you and Fiona. My wife prefers yours but I struggle to have success with yours while Fiona's is magic for me and not so much for my wife. I do, however, find a lot of your releases to be very interesting for my own wants and needs. Have you considered releasing each script at the same time with a version from both of you? Keep up the good work. I love what you guys do.

I'll make this short and go straight to the point because you already know what I think of you two :) Maybe these questions and suggestions could help you make your final decision in getting certified or not. Why do you need this certification in first place? Credibility? Improvement? (read everything before posting) If it's only to deliver online content and not practise offline in a physical office in my opinion going through a certification is a waste of time. People don't give a damn about your degree or certification in the online world. They want results, in your case those results are the experience/feelings you provide with your voice. Also, "Becoming hypnotherapists will help both of us expand the kind of content we make" Not really no... Online certification will not teach you how to market you service or create better content for your audience. They will just teach you the how tos of hypnosis and make you go through workshops (they have to justify the fee right :p) It will not improve the quality of your content just teach you techniques that you can find easily over the internet on dozen of sites. Moreover, these techniques will not match your "focus" erotic,slave niche anyway and therefore be of little use to you. What will help you better your hypnosis techniques in general would be, browsing google studying people like Igor,Bandler etc... They have shitload of knowledge about the human brains logical & emotional part of it. If you want to skyrocket and improve your NSFW content Invest in your competitor products, emulate their process and add your touch try to bring creativity by mixing multiple domains together like (T&D games,DirtyTalks,...) turn those in form of hypnosis with a solid script that contains words that resonate with us, use strong technique on top of it and you produce gem after gem in no time. Listen to your market, ask what they wish and want to see posted here by doing polls and so on... No certification will ever teach you this believe me :) If you do this overtime, not only your content will be percieved as better but you will be an exact match to your audience needs. Resulting in an increase in your income. Finally, if you want to be taken seriously by the profession online certification will not give you any credibility that is, if you ever decide to go offline someday. That is why in my opinion you will waste you time and patrons money be investing in an useless certification. One again, People want results period. All they want is have a good time. It doesnt matter how big your pile of degree is if you can't provide that you are out of business by the law of the mighty internet :)

I think it is the delivery . The almost sing song way you connects the words together. I know the way I am describing it is probably not making any sense. I was listening to some of your earlier work on you tube and comparing it to some of your more recent work and I prefer the delivery of the earlier work. That being said I still enjoy both yours and Fiona's files.Some I prefer you and some I prefer her depending on my mood when I am listening.. I would love to see more files such as " Hypnosis for body acceptance." Self help files for lack of another way to describe them. Not that I don't enjoy the fantasy and erotic files that ya'll do,

I wanted to add something, Marsa mentioned something below that I had wanted to ask about also... Currently I listen primarily to Ultra although there are some of Fiona's that I enjoy also, I respond more to the masculine because I really am very subservient to men as a result of my upbringing so please don't take it personally Fiona. I was curious about new sessions of a self help nature. I respond well to your sessions, unlike most I have tried over the years as I am a control freak over my own mind, and being able to trance with y'all is very comforting for me... especially in respect to simply being told everything will be ok or alright, Ultra's intonation and pitch help me tremendously when too overwhelmed. I would like something to help with going into surgery, i have major body issues and now they want me to do this gastric bypass thing, well I made the mistake of watching a procedure thinking it would help me get past my fear and instead I am terrified now. I can't seem to forget what I watched, ironic since I have short term memory problems, and I have to do this surgery or I will be in a wheelchair within a couple of years. Do you have any sessions that may assist me Sir, I don't care how its presented as long as it eases my mind to get this thing done. Master/Slave, Kindness and self-help, simply something that gives me some reassurance that the surgery is necessary, unavoidable and that everything will be ok. You may not even see this I imagine, as this is an older update, but I am hoping one of you will see it and that you both will discuss possibilities for me to try.... thank you. Krystalynne

Thank you for that feedback Marsa. I do plan on working on mixing up the tone for some of my recordings and expanding my work out into areas concerning self improvement and self esteem. I think it would be nice for me to have some files that people can use for some more practical issues other than just entertainment. Soon Fiona and I plan to be releasing a survey for our patrons so please be sure to fill that out if you have any other feedback. Thank you for your support and interest in our work.

Fiona and I may set a new goal or two in the future but first we will want to get some community feedback. We plan to release a survey for our patrons to fill out soon. Since this goal was suggested by our patrons about a year ago it would be nice to know what direction our most loyal supporters are interested in us heading.

Fiona and I did do something like that with a short script a while back. It may be something that we do more often in the future depending on the feedback we get. The main issue with that is I do not script my recordings so me writing for her does not really happen. I could try reading some of her scripts though in the future. Thanks for the feedback.
