Timeline 3.0.3 (Patreon)

- Improve bulk selection ui, sliders, snap to keyframes, fix counters, offset on bulk select
- When stopping, resets other layers too
- New stop and reset storable action
- Further improve auto-repair (detect invalid length and extraneous curve keys)
- Support Hold, Lock controller modes when you need stronger tracking
-  Fix bulk offset controller not working when parented
- Other small fixes I don't want to bother you all with! Includes a few additional error messags in mocap, storable actions missing in some cases and atoms showing up twice in the controller
