I had so much fun bringing these two characters to life — discovering their stories while sketching them felt like getting to know old friends for the first time. Every detail was a joy to draw, from the smallest expression to the boldest pose!

💀 Daggr"Daggr is definitely one of the best bounty hunters in all of Baldur's Gate" is one of the most heard phrases in the taverns of the city. Once of a noble drow family, she would have taken her matriarch’s place when the latter dropped dead, but the drow had other things on her mind. She wanted adventure beyond the shadowy caves and intrigues of nobility. So she ran away, leaving her old life behind and facing the world head-on. Shame the sun burns so much. With no money and no guidance, Daggr had to start earning a living, and what better option than getting rid of the scum lurking in the city’s alleys? There was only one small problem: Daggr was a noble, not a warrior. And that’s where the skills acquired in the drow courts became essential: lies and deceit helped her gain an audience, selling her image as a skilled bounty hunter and paid mercenary trained by the best masters of the Underdark and the Surface. Work didn’t take long to arrive, but now Daggr had to actually hold up the house of cards she had created. Luck, however, seems to be on her side (or maybe some dancing deity is fond of the “young” drow), because every job seemed to end with a bounty claimed and a few more coins in her pocket.

🧁 BjuviaBjuvia is a firbolg monk with a tender and loving nature, primarily concerned with the well-being of her group, even at the cost of her own. But she can become a fury in battle thanks to the peculiar ability to awaken the wrath of her Fey Giant heritage. If, however, you are kind to her, she will know how to give you plenty of sweetness and many delicious sweets made with her own hands.

Mi sono divertita un sacco a disegnare questi due personaggi — mentre li sketchavo mi sembrava quasi di conoscerli da sempre, un po’ alla volta, tratto dopo tratto eheh

💀 Daggr"Daggr è decisamente una delle migliori cacciatrici di taglie di tutta Baldur's Gate" è una delle frasi più sentite nelle bettole della città. Un tempo di nobile famiglia drow, avrebbe preso il posto della sua matriarca quando questa sarebbe schiattata, tuttavia la drow aveva altro per la testa. Voleva l'avventura oltre alle ombrose grotte e i sotterfugi della nobiltà. Per questo scappò, lasciando la sua vecchia vita alle spalle e affrontando il mondo a testa alta. Peccato che il sole bruci tanto. Senza un soldo e senza una guida, Daggr doveva cominciare a guadagnarsi da vivere e quale migliore opzione se non eliminare la feccia che si aggirava per i vicoli della città? C'era solo un piccolo problema: Daggr era una nobile, non un guerriero. Ed è qui che le doti acquisite nelle corti drow si fecero essenziali: menzogna e inganno la aiutarono a farsi un pubblico, vendendo la sua immagine come quella di una abile cacciatrice di taglie e mercenaria a pagamento, addestrata dai migliori maestri del Sottosuolo e della Superficie. Il lavoro non tardò ad arrivare, peccato che ora Daggr doveva effettivamente reggere il castello di carte che si era creata. La fortuna sembra tuttavia girare dalla sua parte (o forse una qualche divinità danzatrice vede la "giovane" drow di buon occhio), poiché ogni lavoretto sembrava terminare in una taglia riscattata e qualche moneta in più nelle sue tasche.

🧁 BjuviaBjuvia è una monaca firbolg di indole tenera e amorevole, interessata in primis al bene del suo gruppo, anche sacrificando il proprio, ma capace di divenire una furia in battaglia grazie alla capacità peculiare di risvegliare la furia della sua eredità da Gigante Fatato. Se, però, sarete gentili con lei, saprà regalarvi tanta dolcezza e tanti buoni dolci preparati con le sue mani.
