Sketches from chapter 2 (Patreon)

Hey everyone!

Today, I’m sharing some sketches from the pages to show you, as always, the creative process behind the comic and how I work on Lemon Tarts <3There are a lot of steps, but they’re all pretty straightforward :D

First, we start with the script, which is already set into a timeline, then we work on the chapter’s subject, i.e., what’s going to happen :D

After that, we move on to the sketches and placing the dialogues. Then comes the chaos ahahah I lose my mind, want to change everything ahah, but thankfully, we always end up improving things <3

These past few weeks, Max (the comic’s scriptwriter) and I have been taking a professional screenwriting course thanks to your subscriptions <3 I hope and believe this investment will lead to even more powerful things for the comic, and that you’ll enjoy it even more over time <3

Ciau a tutt*!Oggi un po' di sketch delle tavole per farvi vedere come sempre il processo creativo del fumetto e di come lavoro su Tortini <3I passaggi sono tanti ma lineari :D Prima partiamo dalla sceneggiatura che è già calata all'interno di una timeline, poi si lavora con il soggetto del capitolo, ovvero cosa succederà :D Dopodiché si va agli sketch e al piazzare i dialoghi. Poi succede il disastro ahahah io impazzisco, voglio cambiare tutto ahah ma fortunatamente cambiamo sempre per il meglio <3In queste settimane, io assieme a Max (che è lo sceneggiatore del fumetto), stiamo facendo un corso di sceneggiatura professionale grazie ai vostri abbonamenti <3 spero e credo che questo investimento porterà a cose ancora più potenti per il fumetto e che vi faccia divertire ancora di più nel tempo <3Tutto questo pippone per tornare a noi, con Tortini...ci vediamo la prossima settimana con la nuova tavola e nel frattempo ancora, vi ringrazio dal profondo del cuore per tutto ciò che fate per me e per la mia arte <3Grazie a tutt*!Bea
