Damn, I would love to see this ship in Star Citizen...you should really see if they have any openings over there, they are collecting talent from all over.

I recall they had a ship design contest a while back. My brother wanted me to enter it, but I had to be part of a team and I didn't know any modellers interested in entering the contest with me. That, and I was focused on getting a proper job at the time. Kinda regret not entering, now.

There may be another one soon. I doubt that "the next great starship" will be a one off. You never know, you might find a job. Wish I was a modeler, I would love to work on a team with you. Hell, might have to sit down and learn how to model this stuff...I'm only a couple hours from their Austin office myself.

I assume the design is just "to look cool" but I could help retro some of the design features and internal layout...even make suggestions for thruster placement. One question, how big is it supposed to be?

around 240 meters in length, 100 meters in width, and 50 meters in height.

Yah, that would make her about Frigate sized in Star Citizen, though we might be able to scale her down just a smidge and make a "Scout Corvette" out of her. The Idris is about 235. I really hope you find the work you are looking for. You have excellent talent. I wish I was that good.
