Okay last post about WOR until the next chapter segment:

What do you think about what's happened in the story so far? How do you feel about certain characters and tropes inflicted upon them? What direction would you like me to take the story?

'Escalation' was the word that kept coming to mind as I was reading WOR. The Empire introduced planet-killing weapons with the Death Star, And I feel that it only snowballed from there. The war has only gotten worse and worse; the Skywalker siblings have grown tired from it and Leia has commited war crimes and atrocities. Luke and the Resistance are now working with one of their greatest enemies. The First Order is even more vicious than the Empire ever was if their treatment of their own troops are anything to go by. The Knights of Ren are insane. Many neutral parties have turned to slavery to survive. I fear that the Resistance may resort to planet-killers themselves. In my opinion, it may not even matter who wins this war; the whole galaxy may be Kriffed regardless. Perhaps BOTH the First Order and Resistance would be destroyed by a third faction. All I can hope for is that people like Rey, Razoo, Finn and Poe make it out alive.
