Since we see Cassie working on her new project again in v4.00, I thought I would share a quick reminder about how she ended up writing adult stories in the first place. 😁

Some of you probably remember this already, but it has been a while since we first learned about it.

When Cassie moved in with Camilla, she needed some extra money. Camilla gave her two months without rent, but after that, Cassie would need to start paying half.

So Cassie started looking for more freelance work online. She was already doing social media management and some ghostwriting, mostly normal romance stories.

She also liked reading erotica, although she may have made herself sound a little more experienced on her profile than she actually was. 😅

Then one of her clients offered her a much bigger project. It was still a love story, but this time, they wanted explicit 18+ scenes.

The job also paid very well.

Of course, Cassie said yes before thinking too much about the difficult part. 😂

The client asked if she knew how to write those kinds of scenes, and Cassie confidently told them that she did.

She did not. 😁

Since she was working anonymously as a ghostwriter, the client did not really know who she was. That made it easier for Cassie to accept the job, but then she had to figure out how to make the intimate scenes feel real.

Cassie did not want to write something that felt fake or boring, so she started looking for ways to make her scenes more believable.

And that is eventually how her “research” with MC began. 👀🩷

To be fair, some of it really was for her writing.

The rest was probably Cassie becoming a little too curious. 😂

Now in v4.00, she is working on another adult story, but things are very different. Cassie has more confidence, more experience, and a certain someone sitting on her childhood bed while she writes. 😁🩷
