New Lore Video + Demo Plans! (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

Here’s another lore video, this time about Nemesis!

We also have some news about our plans for the next patch. We’ll be releasing an interim update within the next few days, featuring the new quest and enhanced cutscenes in the dungeon. However, this patch won’t include the complete combat overhaul or the NPC builder yet.

The idea is to show you some of the progress we’ve made so far, instead of holding everything back until the combat work is fully ready. Then, later this month, we’ll follow up with the actual combat update.

The goal is to give us time to iron things out, so when you finally get to try the new combat system, it doesn’t feel rushed or incomplete. We’ve put a lot of work into it, and while not all weapons, combat manoeuvres, and animations are done yet, the core mechanics behind the overhaul are already far more robust and predictable, especially when it comes to how we handle collisions.

So the next patch, coming within a few days, will focus more on storyline progress, since we’ve had content ready for a while that we haven’t shown here yet. Later this month, we’ll follow it up with the mechanics overhaul.
