Credits to Miiko, her CC helped me figure out how to make hat swatches without needing the mesh.

EDIT:

So, I don't know why some simmers got the glitch on Gadis Hijab Swatch. I did make the normal map in the end, I thought it would work now. But just in case you are still facing the same issue, please download Miiko's belle-bow-colors(hat) here.

I am pretty sure it's not about the mesh, but... worth trying--I guess. Happy simming, everyone <3
