Early Lawyer Ideas (Patreon)

Here's a couple doodles I found while cleaning my files! Left is apparently from April 2020 and right is apparently from September 2020; these are just the earliest explorations of the concept "I think it would be funny if Kay was Arizona's lawyer".

The very loosely drawn aliens in the left drawing are definitely meant to be the Liphibians (these guys). 

I think they were my first thought when trying to determine where I would set a courtroom story, because we've already seen them in the highly mundane setting of a library.  I ultimately opted for the bird-people that are in there now, for several reasons, one of them being that they can just look more tall, angular, and intimidating.
