To be honest, I never thought about Aziraphale not being able to love (I mean, to love one person in particular), like Crowley does in this comic. But I get your point, and it is pretty interesting!

It’s not that Aziraphale can’t love one person in particular, it’s that his love for Crowley was SO strong it made him more human than angel. Now his love for Crowley is strong as before, but he learned to love ALSO human beings, and this turned him angel again. He has learnt the lesson! Angels are angels, not human beings!
