This would be great. Somebody wrote a SF story about a guy who used a time machine to go back and save his favorite (baroque?) musician just before he died of dissolution. The musician adapted well to modern life-- LOVED the nude beach concept-- but he was still the same man, so he still drank and now took drugs too, and I think fronted a punk band, to the baroque fan's disgust. --- Imagine Oscar at today's Pride events....
