This is beautiful in a very hysterically deranged way and I love it so fucking much, considering astarion says he's with you "wherever this leads" when you accept bhaal. Probably did not account for that particular rabbit hole of horrors though. I always adore your process posts, even if I'm almost always confused by all the hue/color correct layers, haha, this one was especially worth the wait❤

Bombastic side eye... Baby girl might not look happy but at least he looks grand. Love the fact that Astarion is wearing the netherstone. He's the setting on which to rest the precious (and we know DU Drow loves a good ring). But he also ends up just being nothing but a pretty jewel for DU Drow to show, not really a person anymore. Sad.
