As challenging as drawing food is, I’ve found it’s about just as fun. I notice this drawing focuses more on Tsubaki and Pepero’s interaction, so if a number of people would like to see a future picnic-themed illustration showcasing the food Pepero prepares, I would be happy to draw another. 😊🧺

Additional info: This type of illustration was inspired by the cards in Project Sekai, a mobile gacha rhythm game. The illustration on these cards often have a focus on a certain character or Virtual Singer. Depending on its Star Level (2, 3, 4), it would also unlock bonus chapters pertaining to the interaction(s) depicted, along with bonus power-ups during game rounds. 

The higher the star level, the more rare (and sought-out) the card/illustration is, especially if a character is popular or well-liked. Higher-level cards have more detailed illustrations with ambient lighting & background, whereas 2-star cards are static, flat drawings of characters with a solid background filled with generic shapes and lines. For instance, here would be a 3 or 4-star Tsubaki card, since the illustration focuses on her. 😁
