Some brands already offer pre-pigmented resins, but there are other options as well. For example, you can use a translucent resin and add a pigment designed specifically for 3D printing resins. Another alternative is to print directly with translucent resin and then paint it using candy paints, enamel paints, or stained glass-style varnishes.
