Aaaay. Let’s gooo, Dragon Ball Cocomelon! Fun Fact: The gods are all named based on alcohol. Beerus - Beer, Whis - Whiskey, Champa - Champagne and Vados - Vodka.

Michael Saylor

You guys missed so much skipping the anime versions. Only good thing about the movies is the animation but the tv version gives you alot of details and even introduced beerus brother back in the battle of gods arc. You guys missed the birth of Gohan daughter and you guys missed captain ginyu coming back!!!. Ill take more story then better animation any day and the animation really wasnt that bad a lil sloppy in some parts but you can ignore it cuz the story is still good

Michael Saylor

I was confused when she mentioned lollipops lol

Skipping the episodes for the movies is FOOLISH. If anything it should be the other way around. lol. Skip the damn movies and watch the episodes. Much more detail in the episodes, while the movies leave more questions than answers.

Big Blue Button

I'll add one correction to that. Vados actually takes her name from a drink called Calvados.

Honestly, once the Dragon Ball Super Beerus and Frieza anime remake episodes come out, you guys can watch those to see the stuff you missed. Better animation and pacing than what aired originally in 2015, and it'll be six and seven episodes for each arc, respectively.
