Mai is real weird😭in the future, she’s a normal age(i don't exactly remember what but she’s around trunks age I THINK) , but in the current timeline she’s like 40 in a kids body

In the future timeline the Pilaf gang still made the same wish, so when Future Trunks was a baby the Pilaf gang were babies too so they are around the same age (physically). This was explained in a bonus chapter in the manga.
