Bro didn't understand the assignment. I meant how they used to have titles instead of just "Sleep Deprived Podcast #XX" (before episode 56) or "Episode #XXX" (after episode 150). They named them on the YouTube for the ones before 56 as well, but the Spotify ones they did not. I just like having a title to remember "oh yeah this is what they talk about in this one" rather than remembering the numbers, because while that is fully possible (and I had previously started a document detailing the main topics for each episode), it's definitely way easier with a title.

Fahrenheit makes sense. You’ll ask someone out of 10, how good was this pizza? They might reply it was an 8 for me. which means it’s pretty descent. Now if you ask someone out of 10 how hot is it? and they say it’s a 9. Wow then it must be pretty hot. Now to make things more accurate if you just change 10 to 100, which is just exponentially making it larger. So you get more accurate numbers. it’s like if a teacher gives you a 9 out of 10 on a test, and another teacher gives you a 90 out of 100. They are the same grade.

Idk how Celsius works shit is confusing. Why are we starting in the negatives and going to 40? Fahrenheit is designed like a human comfort scale, 0 is freezing cold, 100 is roasting hot, and everything in between corresponds neatly to how we actually feel. It’s like a pain scale, it’s simple and MAKES SENSE

In Celsius, 0 being water freezing is really useful for weather. If the temp is negative you know there can be snow, ice on the road etc. If it’s positive then you know there won’t be any of that. And then in the positives, 20c is the equivalent of 70f (room temp) and 40c is 100f. So in day to day you basically just use 0-40, and if it goes below 0 then you know it’s really cold and there can be snow and ice. And also Fahrenheit is not a simple 0-100, since it can go into the negatives too. But at the end of the day both systems are fine, it’s just what you grew up with and what you’re used to.

Yeah, if your a scientist and negative means frozen, and anything above zero means liquid / warm. Yeah that’s easier for measuring scientific stuff / chemistry. But life ain’t a chemistry problem, and a pain scale aka heat scale makes more sense. You feel the weather you don’t measure it.

You don’t need to be a scientist to care about water freezing bro. Normal people care about it too because they need to know if there will be snow and ice on the road. This is proven by the fact that Fahrenheit users say “above freezing” and “below freezing” all the time.
