WE can improve our emotional control and regulate our intrusive thoughts that although disturbing, do not define us and our morals. Blud

Thank you Mika and Astrid, I really appreciate your advice for long term goals and I’ll be trying to set a long term goal that doesn’t feel impossible. I will also be making a list like you suggested. You also made me kinda realize that I am doing better than what I thought. I think I just needed to hear this from someone as I am pretty bad at talking about these things with friends or family. I am still staying sober and I am soon finished with my community service part of the sentence so that will feel great. Have a wonderful rest of your day/night you beautiful people <3

It's so nice to hear the genuine care and thought that goes into these

What Up! What Up Sleep Deprived Crew! Time for another therapy sesh with my two most unlicensed therapists. Nice to see you two again after my torquise journey. It's actually quite comfy after so long to sit on these jagged logs that poke into the side of your leg next to this close campfire that sends smoke right into our eyes. Now, let's get into the details of it all because time is money and every word I write is costing me another dime to the Patreon. A while back I got into food. Which let me to one day start baking for celebratory occasions as a way of giving myself or others an edible present. I've baked cakes, muffins, cookies and even brownies but whenever I do them they aren't the most visually appealing. They're completely edible and taste good but when it comes to presentation they either look just okay or questionable at times. I still don't get what I mess up on because it's not the ingredients and other attempts to fix it come out botched. When I put icing on a cake it looks like it got glazed by something else, frosting writing comes out awkwardly put and if I bake something like chocolate chip cookies most of them will have the chips on the underside but not on the top side. I don't know if it's my multigenerational karma debt or my baking skills but if this continues I might bake a pie with the crust fallen off. What should I do to improve my baking skills so that they look a bit more appealing? P.S. For the festive season I bought myself a plush and I can't wait to torture it then get top upvoted on the reddit next to Schlatt loving men and Trans Pride Schlatt. Even if you're hearing this in November, Happy Holidays and remember to clean up your goon caves before the year ends! You can always goon again later.

Hi! It's been quite a long time since I've left a comment on one of these! 😅 Which I guess it a good thing because things have been looking very up for me! My college semester ends in just three weeks, and I should have a few exciting projects under my belt when it's done! It's been stressful - have been working on a lot of film sets, mostly in the lighting department, but i directed a buddy of mine's script a bit ago too - and really fun. I've also recently gotten into a relationship! I guess that's all I had to say and I dont even know if you guys remember me or my past comments soyou may not even know the context for why this is an improvement for me but i figured i might as well share anyway ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Have a good day! And Happy Holidays!

Hi Mika and Astrid! You touched on time management a bit in this episode but I still felt the need to ask. I am currently a high school student as well as working two jobs. I work 40 hour weeks at one job and about 20 hours at the other as well as about 5 hours of online class daily. Over the past few months I’ve fallen horribly behind in my school work but also cannot find the time in between my shifts to make any of it up. I support myself as well as taking care of about 30 animals so whenever I’m not at work my time is dedicated to them. My friends always ask me to hang out or try to make plans but I rarely ever have the free time to see them and when I do I feel like all I want to do is be alone. I’ve struggled with unmediated depression for some time and that added onto the constant work makes me genuinely just too tired to interact with my friends much. I am still young and I want to be able to live a life I will not regret. As people farther in life than me, do you have any suggestions on how I could better my situation for me as well as the people around me?

Wendy

Hey Mika and Astrid hopefully you are having a good day today I am a high school student working lately as a lifeguard. I have been going to the gym with my friends almost every day but when Im alone I get the feeling of disappointment within myself no matter how hard I work I never feel proud about myself also I don't think any of my relationships with friends or classmates have any close connections. I feel like others I’m not seen a person or acknowledged as one but nonetheless, I could live on without any advice. -Sincerely and good day Wendy❤️❤️
