On desktop, go to the Membership page on Patreon. Scroll down to under your membership, but above Upgrade your Membership. There should be a button to sync your patreon with discord.

go on your pc go to the membership tab on sleep deprived and go to quick links you should see discord

If you want to join the first IP address, your mc has to be on version 1.19 release or else it won't work. not 1.19.4, not 1.20, but 1.19 release.

It should be resolved, if you're still having issues joining go into the Discord server under minecraft and do @mod

Use 1.19.2 for the first IP to work. 1.19, 1.19.3,4,5 etc. will not work.
