Listen. It is ridiculous that the last episode of Sixteen went up in July. I know that. I KNOW THAT! I'm sorry. Seriously. Life... y'know? LIFE. 🙄(But also Popstar Academy interrupted me and broke the flow. My neurospicy brain doesn't do well with distractions!)

I filmed this back in August, and I still had to rewatch it as I edited to post here to remind myself what happened lol. Y'all.

I'll do better, I promise. Especially cuz now I'm so curious - what the heck is happening on this show???? Who...? How...? WHAT?!

In a behind the scenes kind of thing on the Masterpiece MiSaMo album had, they talked about Momo's elimination and Sana and Mina both said they thought about quitting when Momo was eliminating, but wanted to continue for Momo and that's one of the reasons why they stayed in the competition. A unique bond between the J-Line for sure.

So you know how k-pop idols always have some kind of “representative animal?” When JYP was doing his flexibility demonstration, they called him a gorilla because of his uncommonly long arms and notoriety for not being conventionally attractive, and that’s his representative animal, complete with cutesy plushies and merch. I feel like a lot of international fans make a big deal about when someone calls him a gorilla, not knowing this, as if another idol was daring to insult one of the most powerful figureheads in the industry. Furthermore, aside from “The Asiansoul,” one of his most common industry nicknames is “mochigori,” or unconcatenated, “mochi-loving gorilla,” since he’s a “gorilla” who loves mochi/ricecakes.
