Hey, y'all. I hope everyone is going into 2025 on a positive note... and if not, I hope you are finding space to rest and get grounded as you need to.

I've been suuuuuuper quiet here on Patreon and on my YouTube channel, kind of all through December but definitely in the last week or so. I just wanted to give a quick update to let y'all know that I'm still here and I am going to do my best to post more videos here very soon!

Really sorry to hear about your loss. Give yourself some grace for the next few months at the very least. As great as you may be at compartmentalizing to be able to function and move those critical aspects of your life forward that make it feel like you don't have the time to let your guard down or fully process, being intentional about making space to grieve and for self-care will make a huge difference in preventing things that can become quite debilitating down the road. You certainly don't have to 'pull it together' for us. We are here for you. I'm notorious for laughing and seriously crying at the same time, so whatever you're feeling for whatever the reason while we share and listen to music together is exactly what we all need to experience. We found you because we're a match in some way to your journey as well, so let's gaurrrr (at your own pace).
