I think for Nmixx, they are still learning how to really let loose on stage. I think what you may be thinking is that they come off perhaps safe or restrained. Obviously it's outside the comfort zone of their usual concept/sound. Aside from Bae who has had this strength (gagged me) and also gotta look out for Kyujin. Partly, it could also be they are tired coming off a long flight/jetlagged; but even so , from all the clips I saw, they looked like they had a lot of fun and the audience too. I think once they mature some more and get more comfortable, they could really be a force to be reckoned with in stage presence.

Okay, so after watching Nmixx’s dance practice preview for Tic Tic, and different angles of the full set, I think they might have been holding back because of the tiny platform they were on. Idk, just my theory.

This could be the case for sure. I'm gonna watch the dance practice on Twitch Saturday, so I'll be curious to see when they're in a more controlled space like a dance studio. BUT I think when I talk about performance quality, it's never about how full out the movement is but the intention behind the performance. I'm actually usually even MORE engaging as a performer when I'm marking or limiting choreography cuz I can focus a lot more on facial expressions and little nuances... but that's exactly what I felt was missing watching this video. They seemed more in their heads than engaged with the music & the crowd. Maybe they were nervous about the stage, though. That's very real lol
