Ohhhh, I'm SO glad we watched this! Thank you, Gaia, for your donation and your request. I actually legit forgot how much I liked MONSTA X until watching this video and hearing all these songs, listening to those vocals, seeing those faces, etc.! OMG. They're too good.

Is this my sign that I need to go back and dive into MONSTA X again?? (Whennnnn, Khadija? When are you trying to do that? lmao)

I love them, if I can I will send some of their live performances from time to time

Instagram targeted ad just told me they're gonna be here in Toronto in October! Is it a sign that I should start getting more into them?? 🤪 Haha

It's been a while since I watched a MONSTA X live performance, but I remember we were always blown away by the live vocals & energy. I'm always down to watch more!

Monsta X give the same thing with NCT 127 where people only hear the big, aggressive title tracks and don't delve into the rnb goodness of their bsides (and some tt) - they still have one of my favourite discographies, Jooheon + I.M are still two of my favourite rappers, Kihyun still one of my favourite vocalists!! I also love how evident it is in this Killing Voice that even so many years into their career, they look like they're still having so much fun, and it's so contagious! It also always shocks me how they now have 3 full english albums, and yet they still don't feel like they're doing it to appeal to the western market if that makes sense?? I can't quite explain it cause while thats kind of what releasing an english album is, theres just no arrogance in it that makes it feel like they want to "forget" their Korean music/fanbase? It feels more like they're just being inclusive of their english speaking fans, to me - if this makes any sense haha 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

That's really true, I have heard a lot of more soft & beautiful music from MONSTA X but when I think of them, I do immediately think of the more hard-hitting, noisy stuff. I'd love to hear a lot more of their b-sides, though, cuz I know the vocals are heavenly! And YESSSSS they were having so much fun in this Killing Voice! I love that they are enjoying their music after so many years. That's also a really good point about the English music. Lots of groups specifically cater to global audiences these days, but it doesn't feel like that from MONSTA X. But they DO have so many English songs!! What an interesting balance!

I’d be so down for a monsta x deep dive! Other than the insane discography, they have one of the funniest shows(Ever(and i don’t say that lightly) called Monsta X-ray!! They’re such entertaining performers and personalities

A LOT of people are interested in a MONSTA X deep dive!!! Definitely something to consider... 👀
