Follow Ups - June 2nd, 2026 - aespa, xlov, and2ble, evnne, g22, can't be blue, KEONHO, PARK JINYOUNG, xikers (Patreon)

Hey friends! I LOVE how I said I was gonna do these follow ups directly on Patreon so that I can get them up easier/faster... and then today I fell asleep for an unplanned nap before the video finished processing. Hahaha. So you're STILL getting it much later than usual this week!! BUT, at least now the only delay is a nap throwing off my schedule, not a nap PLUS uploading time!

Also, the first 2 minutes of this video are music playing and SILENCE from me. Actually thank goodness I was streaming, cuz if Sandra hadn't told me then I would have filmed the entire 1.5 video on mute! 😭 I just watched the aespa reaction and there's a glitch where the audio is off for a bit. If that happens more throughout the video, please let me know!! I'd rather take the extra time to film and upload the videos than give you poor quality content! (I also unfortunately forgot to record backup to my hard drive this week, so this is all we got...)

Anyway, I think my takeaways this week are kind of... surprising?:

I really don't know if I'm excited about this aespa album. The tt is definitely fun, but doesn't quite feel exciting to me. And most of what I heard in the highlight medley didn't really grab my attention either. Actually, I'm going to listen to it now while I write this post and add the timestamps. I'll comment and let you know my thoughts.

I. LOVE. XLOV. Obsessed. That is all.

I feel so PROUD of AND2BLE. Their performance level is incredible; I feel like they're really here to show what they have and prove that they are more than what they were before. And, honestly, I do think the vocal balance works right now but I feel like we'll hear Yujin, Ricky and even Gyuvin getting stronger and stronger vocally now with more vocal parts. Excited for their journey.

EVNNE most definitely is here to prove themselves!!! They are making sure everyone knows they are still here, they are stronger than ever and ready to step into the new era. I truly, truly hope we see them having a lot more success and getting more support (including from me)! They are working hard and trying their best and I love them.

Sidenote: all these BOYS PLANET boys will always have so much of my love.

I can definitely see the talent in G22. They still aren't quite for me, there's something in their performance that is just not connecting. But I like that they're are getting more popular and hopefully will lead to a lot more performance opportunities and collabs, resources, etc. for them!

can't be blue is another group that I can definitely SEE and HEAR the talent. But there's a disconnect - it feels like they just need to keep getting tighter as a band. They are also getting really popular lately, so hopefully as they keep performing and expanding, we'll see them really settle into a clean, cohesive sound.

KEONHO, JINYOUNG, and Lee Mujin quite literally have never disappointed me ever. Hahaha. Beautifulllllll performances.

I THINK I'M GONNA START A LEE MUJIN SERVICE SERIES!!! We have one more week of Badge War, then I'll take a break for a month or so and I'll run some polls here on Patreon so you can help me decide which LMS performances to check out.

xikers also don't disappoint. That mashup of 'BREATHE' and 'BOUNCY' was sooo much fun; I can imagine how much fans loved that!
