I LOVE this jazz, hip hop, r&b blend we're getting from CLOSE YOUR EYES in this album. They've already been so good at giving us really soulful music, but this feels like it pushes it even further and really, really settles into the very delicious space that is just... playing. Playing with sounds and rhythms, and their vocals are so great that they are just playing right alongside.

I like that there are songs that are a little bit more experimental jazz (NEVER getting over 'Open Your Eyes' tyvm!), and then others that sound more like traditional pop but with these really dynamic musical elements throughout. It's a great balance!

Y'all, I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM!!! This is an impulse buy I will not regret at all. THEY ARE SO GOOD and I know this show is gonna be awesome! haha

I really hope they will keep trying with these experimental sounds for the next releases, it's true it's not the trend... But who really loves music can only appreciate it 🥺❤️

This is literally why I love kpop - (for Open Your Eyes in specific) it's so interesting, so different, the vocals are heavenly, the visuals match perfectly, the choreo isn't doing too much! It exactly proves the point of having so many groups to discover - variety! Not every song of theirs is my cup of tea (like most groups), but I LOVE that they are so different from any other group right now. We don't need an industry that sound/look the same a million times over *cough* HYBE *cough*, we need individuality!! Btw I'm so jealous of you seeing them live, have the best time - I bet they'll be great performers!!

Their light stick is so gorgeous! I’m seriously tempted. 😊

I encourage you to listen to all their previous full albums. Their music is so good!!

i joined your patreon just for close your eyes and im so happy you reacted to and enjoyed the album 😭🫶 baby bossa nova was my claim and sounded completely different to how i expected it to, but ive grown to LOVE it. and slowly bleed is a masterpiece. also, open your eyes is well and truly my favourite pre release of this whole year so far!! crashing out about their excellence is the realest thing ever, they're so underrated it HURTS. i went to the macau show right before this comeback, and i hope you enjoy yours!!!! much much love <3 (p.s. kenshin choreographed his intro part in OYE!! and every member helped write eternity 🥹🥹)
