It has been a busy week for me, so I haven't gotten to film anything new. I'm gonna attempt to get a bunch of stuff recorded tomorrow that I can spend the weekend editing. BUT WHAT???

Can y'all look at the Katch Up list and make some suggestions based on these? I'm trying to keep a good balance of:

New comebacks & debuts

Videos I missed

Follow ups on groups I watched recently

Discovery of groups I've never seen before.

So, Patreon friends, y'all make your suggestions and I'm ONLY gonna choose from the comments on this post!!!

I think you would enjoy Seventeen’s killing voice for sure!!

NCT DREAM's ISTJ MV and Killing Voice

Well, you can probably guess what I would like to see haha. *Debut*: monster rookies zb1 with their tt "in bloom", and if you would like to check out their performances, they also are doing promotions with their b-side "new kidz on the block" (very fun choreo). Also, kiss of life would be great! *Videos you've missed*: from the list I would like to see purple kiss' "sweet juice" the most! *Follow up*: ohhh that's hard to not choose like the whole list 😭 but I want to see btob the most (and maybe even their killing voice? even though it's not on the list but please? 😅). But also a listening party to ty's mini album would be great, or exo's "sweet lies" or an ATEEZ DEEP DIVE (YES PLEASE!!). *New groups*: I guess I can just pick a group even if they're not on the list? Because then I would love to see you check out onf!! 🥺 their 5 korean members made the clever choice to enlist all together, and just recently they finished their military service and now they're six again. I would recommend their two songs "we must love" and "why". They have amazing cinematography in the mvs, especially "why", and the group is just so talented ugh! But what kpop group is not, right? And also "moscow moscow" is one of the most beautiful b-sides I've ever heard!

Meral

dreamies have dropped one of the best killing voices I've heard and I was shocked! Especially chenle impressed me so much!!

i’d love to see some more shinee reactions! since you think they’re so similar to riverse it would be great for you to see their growth, and see how much you’ve grown as well!

I ditto the Ateez deep dive, but I also want to suggest Ateez's Immortal Songs appearances. Immortal Songs is a competition show where six singers/groups are pitted against each other to perform an "Immortal Song" based on a central theme. The themes can be songs from a particular artist, such as Psy, or around a concept, such as love songs. The competitors must then perform live in front of an audience (no lip-syncing allowed!) their rendition of a song based on the them, then the audience votes for the winner of the show. Out of 6 appearances on the show (7 if you count Jongho's solo appearance (he was the only idol invited and the youngest by a decade on that episode, lol) Ateez has won the show 4 times. They are the idol group with the most wins and have achieved it in a short period of time (Second place is Mamamoo with 3 wins). Immortal Songs Performances: Turbo Episode - Ateez performed "Black Cat Nero" (They won this episode and went on and made a music video of their rendition and had a collaboration album with Kim Jongkook the singer from Turbo) King of Kings Episode - Ateez performed "Anyhow Song" by Seo Tai Ji (Lost this episode, this was the episode pits former winners of the year against each other, first idol group to be invited) Rain Episode - Ateez performed "It's Raining" (they won this episode) Psy Episode - Ateez performed "Right Now" (They won this episode) King of Kings Episode - Ateez performed a mash up song of "Fantastic Baby" By Big Bang, "Nillili Mambo" by Block B, and their song "The Real" (lost this episode, went up against Forestella, still an honor to be invited back to King of Kings) Celestial Kings of High Notes Episode (Jongho only) - Her performed "So You" by Yam (He lost, but he was by far the least experienced singer there) Cheers for the Heroes in Uniform Special - Ateez performed "Jilpoonggado" by Yu Jung-seok (Ateez received their 4th win here)

Would love to see some Dreamcatcher reactions! Their live vocals and performances are *chefs kiss* Their “Propose” showcase is amazing, also any Bonvoyage live stage or live vocals performance! Siyeon, the main vocalist you have liked before for her stage presence will also knock you out with her live vocals!

Jon Ng

Been enjoying watching ur baby monster series of videos

Khadija RiVERSE

I'm definitely doing those this week! It's been TORTURE not being able to watch their solo performances yet!! 😭

Khadija RiVERSE

I was already thinking I should do them!! So many people have said BON VOYAGE is amazing! Someone also suggested the Dreamworld Guide to Dreamcatcher! So much for me to learn! 😫

Khadija RiVERSE

I definitely want to see more live performance from ATEEZ and I've never watched an Immortal Songs performance before!! This is a goood idea!

Khadija RiVERSE

Oh this is actually a really cute idea!! Seriously, I'd love to dive into more older SHINee songs. And live performances!!

Khadija RiVERSE

All good suggestions!!! Ah this post isn't making it any easier to choose! Lol

Khadija RiVERSE

Ahhhhh I've heard such good things about their Killing Voice! And this is a subunit I haven't checked out too much so this is a good chance to see more from them.

Khadija RiVERSE

That's a BIG statement, considering the vocal powerhouses that have done Killing Voice before! 😯

Gaby C

Would love to see your take on Misamo’s (Twice subunit) debut ‘Do Not Touch’

Jon Ng

Always love your insight as a vocalist/musician.

Lucy

Would love to see you deep dive on INFINITE particularly since they are having a comeback after five years on the 31st of July, they were the first group to really set the standard of synchronised dancing. I also consider the chaser to be the best song in KPOP but infinite have a very unique sound . Or BTOB since they’re vocals are awesome, their killing voice have been one my favourite killing voices so far. Loved to see both those groups on your list though

Khadija RiVERSE

Lots of people have been requesting this. I kind of want to do a bit of a TWICE deep dive before I check out new stuff from them. Every time I see this group, I'm like "Ughhhhh, I wanna know them BETTER!" lol

Khadija RiVERSE

Yeah I'm definitely gonna do a bigger BTOB Mega Reaction soon!! For sure need to see that Killing Voice!!! But I've never even heard of INFINITE before so this will be a discovery for me when I check them out. Maybe when the comeback is released, I'll do an early video + the newest together.

Lucy

Aww thank you for replying ☺️ can’t wait to watch when you check them out. The idea of an early video and a video for the newest comeback for INFINITE sounds like a great idea. I’m so excited for their comeback aha. I’m very happy you’ve decided to carry on your Kpop journey despite rIVerse reacts ending, I was sad it ended but seeing you carry on is awesome, love your reactions 😊

Khadija RiVERSE

Thank YOU for being here and supporting my journey as I continue discovering more k-pop!! I really have so much fun sharing these videos with y'all!!!
