Seriously, y'all... has she always been serving like this? Or was this song a shock to everyone? I had no idea this is what it was gonna sound like!! The dance really is so much fun - I'm actually gonna learn it. Who's with me??

I'm so glad you loved this choreo. Somi gave what she needed to and I kinda hope she continues in this direction. These dancers in particular are some of my faves in the industry. They often work with the K-Pop Divas (BoA, Hyuna, Hwasa, Uhm Jung-hwa, Chungha, etc.) The two you clocked are Babyzoo (backwards cap, signed with YGX) and Root (19 years old (!!!) and has already booked with BoA, SHINee, EXO, Seventeen, and more plus he has choreographed KARD's latest comeback ICKY, often works with 1million). The other 4 are from the dance team EO-DDAE (they are featured on Street Man Fighter) who have gay members and are involved in the waacking and ballroom scene in Korea. Jayme is the bald one who is very active in the ballroom scene. Kinky is wearing the bandana and known for waacking and battling. EJO is wearing the forward STU cap. Quanz is the one wearing the fitted cap. Another member of EO-DDAE isn't here, but is known as one of the directors/choreographers for NewJeans, Black.Q. There isn't a word to describe how BOOKED they have been these past few months. They been getting a lot of attention these days. They are also close with La Chica dance crew and often work together.

That's so funny, cuz I just watched Sung Han Bin (ZB1) in a Babyzoo dance class and I was like, "WHO is this choreographer?!" Of course it's the same guy I was losing it over in this dance practice! hahaha And I'm also blown away when there are such young choreographers (Root) who are doing such big things in the industry! I recognize Jayme from Chung Ha videos and I follow Kinky on IG. I just love, love, love seeing this style in k-pop!!! It's sooooo much fun!!! ALSO, I think someone sent me a video of Black.Q on Instagram not too long ago, too. Like, these dancers are just ALL OVER the k-pop scene these days!
