After many, many hours of everything... it's finally here! Episode 3 of BOYS PLANET! Thank you to those who joined for the Watch Party!! It was really fun chatting with you while I watched!

Seeing the process of getting to these stages is sooooo interesting to me. I can literally watch this all day (and I might, cuz now I wanna catch up on the next few episodes)! They are just amazingly talented and hardworking! They don't give up, they push themselves, they support each other... ugh, I love it!!!

I'm seeing some standout performers for sure ALREADY from these groups!

We had so many similar reactions and observations during this episode. I'm going to hold off speaking to how my time and investment in this show amped up between EP3 and 4 until after you air EP 4 reaction, but suffice it to say I loved how some of the vocal talent, dance skills, personalities, performance makers and leadership skills surfaced in this episode! The highlights for me this episode were Jay, Zhang Hao, Keita, Yoo Seungeon, Seo Won, and Hui to name a few.

This episode is where you really start to feel the competition and your feels for the boys comes in. So glad Matthew got moved to All star, he def deserved it. And Poor “Kick It” team, all getting demoted :(. On another note this episode is where I really noticed Keita and he became one of favorites! And I liked how after Jay become the main vocal part 1 Hui was like “aw shit” 😂 It’s been awhile since I’ve last performed, but I was in a group that performed 75 times a year, and whenever I watch shows like this when things don’t go right during a performance or during rehearsals man can I relate. I get so anxious and stressed for them because I know EXACTLY how that goes, it’s not easy at all singing and dancing at the same time, let alone whatever condition your voice is in at the moment of performance as well..STRESS! And I totally agree that when it comes to audience scores it’s so…unpredictable, I’d say about 90% of the time an audience will vote for their favorite over actual talent, and that’s not to say that anyone is or isn’t talented but the lines are heavily blurred when it comes to audience voting in most cases. When you said Jay sounds like he belongs in a 90’a boy band I couldn’t have agreed more, I said that from the first time he opened his mouth to sing 😂 I’m commenting as I’m watching so sorry if it’s a bit all over the place! And of course they had to leave us on a cliff hanger for next episode~

I’ve been waiting for this! I really wanted to join the stream, but Viki doesn’t let you without a desktop computer. Thanks for the reaction though. I really liked so many of the guys, voted every day. I had a running list of guys who caught my eye every episode, what rank they came in, what they performed from episode 1 to the finale. So far, 3 groups have debuted from this show, and they are announcing more guys from the show getting ready to debut every day. My favorites were always Sung Han Bin, Hui, Cha Woong Ki, Seo Won, Seok Matthew, Kim Jiwoong and Yoon Jongwoo. There were a few people I couldn’t stand through the whole show…either because they were getting votes not on talent but on cutesieness or visuals, or their personality: Ma Jing Xiang, Krystian, Takuto, Lee Da Eul, and Zhang Shuaibo mainly.

YESSSS. After episode 4, I was totally invested in some of the specific contestants in a new way!!! It was so cool to see their talent shine and also the work ethic!! Those ones stood out to me, too... but also so did a lot of others! haha. They're so goooood.

YESSS! Honestly, my energy shifted watching this episode and my level of INVESTMENT in the show, and certain boys, definitely went to a new level! The performances were so good and I felt so nervous for all of themmmm. I LOVE that Matthew got moved up! (Also, I've already watched the first elimination at this point, so I'm really loving his journey! hahah) From the Star Level Test, I could tell he's a special talent. Keita stood out to me this episode, too! Such a star! 75 times a year??? What kind of performance?? That's so intense! But I know you totally get how it's equally stressful and also the most fulfilling life, being on stage and doing something you love! That's why watching this whole process is making me so happy for them!

Aww sorry you couldn't join for the Watch Party! But yessssss, after seeing this first mission, I'm so much mroe invested and I have a little mental list of which guys I like, too! Most of the ones you mentioned are on my list hahaha Especially seeing them on stage (I'll post Ep 4 as soon as I can)... it's like seeing a whole different side of them! Lol I can see what you mean about the people you don't like haha. That's also such an interesting part of the Survival Show process. It's a total balancing act of TALENT and just... fans voting cuz they like you. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Was playing your EP 3 reaction on repeat the last few days -- especially the last two performances -- and went on a little foray for some BP videos on YT to see the full cam and fan cam versions when I found Jay and Kamden's 'Rush Hour' dance practice. Was soo good to see the full choreo. He's so naturally swaggy when dancing in certain styles. https://youtu.be/b_Vxp1pMpfY?si=OWz8vA60Obb8c856

The one thing I don't really like about chats while watching survival shows is that it mainly becomes complaining about editing rather than enjoying the show. I get that the people behind the programs aren't perfect and sometimes things are edited in certain ways for drama. Though when watching I just want to have fun and enjoy the show.

Khadija RiVERSE

That makes sense. I think it's different for everyone - there's a certain amount of drama that I can get into. At this point, when we see a WHOLE BUNCH of reaction shots during a performance, I'm excited to see what is about to happen on stage. But sometimes it really is just tewwwww much! hahah
